Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

I went to this company in *** ** about a year agoThe experience was fine, if not a bit expensive and I didn't think much about itBut when I went I gave them my email address, and that was a big mistakeSince them they send surveys almost weekly, even when I unsubscribe EVERY time Each survey has a "personal" letter from Amy K*** who they say is her CMO At the end of the survey it says "I personally read every single one!" Oh yeah! Either that is a huge lie, or she just ignored the last comments to remove me from their mailing list I was a mistake ever dealing with this company

Review: I went to Make Meaning on March [redacted] with my nephew, we had a fun time and were told that we would be contacted in a few days. I have already been to the store on 3 different occasions, and they have yet to find my product. The last time I went to the store was on April [redacted], and I spoke to a [redacted], [redacted]. She told me that I wouldn't be able to have the matter sorted out since it was a Saturday, but someone would contact me within the week. It had been 2 weeks and have yet to hear from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the product I spent. I spent $78.39, and have nothing to show for it. Not only do I have nothing to show for it, but there is a lack of customer service/follow up from the store.

Review: Horrible company to deal with. Had my daughter's birthday party with over 30 people. The manager Mary had told us if we used the app to pay for the party we would get credit as we were spending a lot of money for the birthday party. The day of the party, we tried to pay using the app, but it was not working. The manager said it would not be a problem to get the credit on our account afterwards. After the party, I called and wrote several emails to the manager and the corporate office. The manager finally got in touch with me and said she would rectify the credit issue as that was what was promised. I did not hear from her and then spoke with a manager- Tony. He said he researched the situation and corporate decided that they would not give the credit and would not honor what was said in the emails and promised by their manager Mary. When I asked for the direct number for the corporate office, Tony refused to give the number. The number they have listed on the website has a voicemail where they never returned any if my previous voicemails. I'm writing this to let people know this company makes promises they do not keep and is very unprofessional. It is completely not worth having a birthday party at this location. I have spoken to other people that have also had negative experiences at the Bethesda location.Desired Settlement: Promised credit adjustment

Review: I purchased a gift card for make meaning online for the legacy place in [redacted]. That location then closed. I was told I could get a refund for my gift card online by submitting info and a form. I did this. It has now been over a month and have not heard a word from this company. I tried on several occasions to contact this company and not been able to reach anyone.Desired Settlement: I want a check for the $20 mailed to me as they originally promised. My child is very upset over this and I feel like they at least owe me my money back. that's what they originally promised anyway

Review: Make meaning willfully sold memberships knowing they were discontinuing it. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing memberships for my daughter and I, I receive an email regarding the membership. I immediately contact the store for a refund. They saidid they needed to contact the regional manager. Never heard from her. Then I responded to the email I received and was directed to the "Director of member and guest services" S[redacted]. I was advised to call her. I attempted to numerous times and was unable to reach her or leave a message as her box was always full. I email her back, as it is more convienent for me given the time difference, then I get an email back with attitude stating I was given her cell phone number to call so I should have.I call her cell phone. No answer. Surprise surprise. I continue to ask for a refund for over 2 months. Finally I contact [redacted] again via email who states that accounting has just mailed me out a check. The check is short $24, their "daily fee". Unacceptable. No contract was signed stating they were waiving the $12 entrance that day and I should be rightlyfully entitled to the FULL price paid.Desired Settlement: Full refund. $25 for each membership plus tax
