Make the Grade Photography

1) The [redacted] family hired Make the Grade Photography for Senior portraits of their daughter in early fall A $deposit was provided and refunded as a print credit on their portrait order.2) A contract was signed at the time of bookingThe [redacted] family initialed line items that they agreed and understood that: A) All sales are final due to the personal custom art work B) Additional charges would accrue should photography artist/Kim [redacted] / Make the Grade Photography have to retreive an archived file at anytime C) they would be provided unrushed assisted time to make a purchase decisionThey would be able to see and hold their images in their hands as 5xprinted proofs to ensure they purchase only what they loved D) orders take - weeks for delivery upon final cleared payment E) Make the Grade Photography/Kim [redacted] /Photography Artist owns all rights and copyrights to images as digital art pieces created by artistDigital images and print release was offered for purchase, but did and does not include the rights and copyrights to images

This is not a forum for arguing or disrespectAs stated in previous response, client physically held and viewed portraits at ordering sessionThey picked the ones they wanted and were not rushed to pickThey viewed their portraits for more than two hoursI physically and personally delivered their portraits in Wells at their homeThey had the portraits for 3+ weeks before contacting me with any complaintsThe bra strap was mentioned at session as this would be additional work to take it out, at which point client said it was ok if it showed, as it was part of the outfitRegardless of that fact, and regardless that they viewed at ordering, and regardless that they waited more than weeks to complain, I waived all fees associated with the three hours of additional work involved and took care of their complaints.Client entered our home without being invited inThis was reported to the Waseca police departmentAt that time, I was not sure who had entered our home as I was gone, and client avoided my question when I asked if it was them that came to my homeWaseca police department was then told again upon their visit when client called the policeThis was the time that the department concluded there was no criminal activity on my part and that the client needs to respond with an answer to my refund options.Client has avoided responding to refund options, all printing has been put on hold until I get those answers**please refer to prior responses for refund options

I am rejecting this response because: To set the records straight on Sep myself/husband & daughter did NOT force our way into Kim ***'s home & did NOT have the cops called on US for trespassing.The ONLY reason no criminal charges were filed cause she paid $for 8x& 5xWalMart pic for us on 6/13/We WANT ALL the pictures from ALL the sessions AND the album we ordered/paid for IN PROFESSIONAL QUALITY (no flaws/glasses glaring/bra strap showing/GOOD COLOR QUALITY/etc) PLUS 30% refund of the $964.98 PLUS receive ALL digital images PLUS receive print release PLUS copyright release! We want all this delivered to us in a timely matter NOT in months or years later but in a few weeks as it has been way overdue already!The bra strap was NEVER a part of the outfitThe glasses glaring should have never beenThere should be no archival fee's either as they should not be archived UNTIL client has ALL pictures AND album & has reviewed for last time WITH photographer & approves!WE DID NOT HAVE THEM FOR 3+ WEEKS LIKE Kim STATED WE DID BEFORE WE CONTACTED HER ABOUT "flaws as stated above" AS MENTIONED ABOVE I TEXTED HER ON May ABOUT THE NEW FIXED PICS ALONG WITH THE ALBUM WE SHOULD HAVE ON May 26th!AFTER I was told to contact the Revdex.com--which I did on 10/20/17--did Kim FINALLY respond AFTER NOTHING IN MANY MONTHS & was the 1st time we heard of these optionsKim blocked me from social media ONLY AFTER *** *** (along with other members of her family/friends that did NOT know us) had gone under her Facebook & done the name calling/insults/swearing/untruths to ME & my daughter as she knew I would not block her as was ONLY way for us to try contact her even tho she considers it harassment
