My name is [redacted] and I am a professional licensed massage therapist who runs my own companyOn a daily basis I speak to several people, make appointments, and continue to do my job as a massage therapistI have had my own company for over four yearsWhen you purchase a Groupon it is subcontracted through meThey should be able to get a refund through Groupon if they are unhappyThe value of a massage is $and they purchase it for $I explained to this customer politely that since she is outside the expiration date she would have to pay the remainder of the value of the massageShe could not get an appointment because she was upset about paying the differenceI would honor the Groupon but she will have to pay the differenceShe can seek a refund through Groupon if she is unhappyI apologize if I did not get back to the customer in timeI absolutely love what I do and like making people feel better [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:(1) The Groupon was and is NOT beyond the expiration date, (2) after several attempts to call this business, only after not giving the information that I had a Groupon did I receive a phone call back and (3) via the phone conversation with Kyle, he was not polite and hung the phone up after finding out I had a Groupon, after stating that there were "no appointments available" (only stating this after knowing a Groupon was involved with this transaction. In our conversation, there was nothing mention that I would "need to pay the difference" and find this absolutely ludicrous with that statement after the rude customer service offered at this business.Furthermore, I am not the only person who finds this business/owner unreliable, dishonest and denseThere are more than an adequate amount of negative comments regarding this business and its practices, that it's rating should be an F Sincerely, [redacted] **

subcontracted through me. They should be able to get a refund through Groupon if they are unhappy. The value of a massage is $75 and they purchase it for $35. I explained to this customer politely that since she is outside the expiration date she would have to pay the remainder of the value of the massage.
