Worst part is that my children saved their own money to buy the backpacks they likedAlso will be filing a complaint with those youtubersHow can they use this company and rip off their fans?! DO NOT buy from this place! I will be disputing this with my credit card company and lucky I did use my credit card!

I ordered a backpack for my son on August 22, After a week, I went to the web site to find out that the backpacks would be shipping in 10-business days I finally received a shipping email only to find the tracking number supplied was not valid I started a support request on September 5, and have yet to receive a response I tried calling the customer support number XXX-XXX-XXXX, however, it went to voice mail and the voice mail box is full Truly disappointing as they are the only sellers of YouTuber merchandise and apparently have a long history since their opening in of horrible order fulfillment, customer service and good business practices

Ordered a pencil case August 29th and have not received a tracking number yet nor have they updated the order status still says processing, if things don't change this week I'll be disputing this on my credit cardMy daughter had been saving money for the back pack and lunch box and I was going to purchase leotards but not after this!!

I ordered the item before the start of a new school year for my son on 25th augustI never received any info on the item until the 5th of SeptWhen I contacted them they said they will send me the shipping info once the item goes outReally???You didn't ship the item even after daysThey promise shipping within 5-business daysNow I receive the tracking info on 9/and guess what it's shipping from Hong KongI spent $for buying a lunchbox and I don't receive it for more than a monthNever ever do business with them again

I ordered a shirt for my daughter that only this site sells I ordered it on Dec and it NEVER arrived I wrote a complaint to them and they claimed that it would arrive soon (the email was Jan12)Today, JanI still don't have the shirt and they seem to careless

I will submit a dispute via my credit card and simply cancel the order! It is ridiculous that it takes over days to receive a TSHIRT!

This website says items ship in 3-7 days, and in December said last day for Christmas arrival was Dec 13th (so 12 days max). I ordered a t-shirt November 30th and when I didn't receive any shipping notification within the first week and a half, so I tried to contact customer support. They turned off phone support and made it email only. Then the order status page syopped working. Contacted email support twice, which says to wait 48 hrs, and didn't hear a single response back until 17 days after my order was placed. The response I finally received was "here is your tracking info". No apology, nothing, and the item won't be here in time now for me to give it as a gift on Christmas. Terrible company and customer service, will never order from this site again. STAY AWAY!!!

My son ordered a Shartards lunchbox from this company, using his gift card and he has not received any communications from the company about shipping. It is now the 8th day since we've placed this order, and according to their website, tracking information would be available within 7 days. In the meantime, my son has been anxiously waiting for his lunchbox and just wants some information. Of course, there is no phone number to call, only an email where they say they will respond within 48 hours. If they are going to ship the lunchbox, then give us our money back. I will be sure to post on social media this experience as well.

I have order a child's backpack 0ver three weeks ago, and the shipping information Web page is still stating that it has not been processed, I have contacted customer care via email and they stated it takes 3 to 5 business day for processing ,as I stated three weeks ago, trying to
contact customer care is the same problem, there is no physical number to call only email,
