I borrowed from this companyI understood the cost was hugemy payments were for paymentsIn November I requested to skip a payment and pay that one at the end Every wks my money is in the bank for themtoday I check my account with advance cash to make sure the payment due today was creditedAt this point I have one more payment Now today there is not only the remaining payment they have tacked on an additional payment follow that onewhen I contacted them the email I received said its interest that interest is charged daily so long as there is a balance I signed a contract for a specific number of payments I will have paid them come 2/16/when I make that final payment of
I applied for a $short term installment loan through this company I was told upon applying that I would make payment of +/- $twice a month for months with the total payment payoff of $ 1st payment came out on the 1st, 2nd on the 15th, 3rd on the 1st and 4th on the 15th Payments are still being taken out of my account and according to their records will be until March Once all is said and done, I will have paid $for this $ This is not what I agreed to upon processing this loan..they are charging me 624.3546% (e) APR...absolutely criminal They sent me a copy of the contract after the fact showing that this is what I electronically signed This is NOT what I signed..I would have never agreed to this amount of APR I believe that I have been duped and I want some kind of investigation into their practices They state you can make payments through their website..you can NOT...I never received a copy of the original contract as signed until I comp
