I am rejecting this response because: I have still not received a refund and this issue is not settled as well as information is being misconstrued and left out We did not cancel our hair services as she stated, as they did not change prices on us Please see the attached images for the missing information of the screen shots [redacted] sent In image 6419, you can see where she changed her pricing details AFTER we had cancelled her services and asked for a refund due to the changing of pricing Please note the time difference at the top of the photo In image 6422, you can reference the time the conversation about cancelling was started in relation to the changing of the pricing In image 6423, [redacted] acknowledges that she was in the wrong for assuming I knew every detail about her business in which I did not She also admits she tells her customers everything up front, which is not true as evidenced by the initial conversation where she agreed to $per person and did not explain that fees go up if there aren't a certain number of people at the time of the service or that the deposit is non-refundable Please let me know if you'd like all conversations in full so there is no more missing information

Hi Shelby. I just received another letter from the Revdex.com stating [redacted] rejected my response because she did not receive a refund of her deposit. I am not sure why she's saying this, when clearly her text messages show that she admitted she was wrong for handling it the way she did and she misunderstood. My pricing was, once again, not changed. I modified one section that didn't say anything about deposits. Clearly, as shown in the pictures, one section shows the pricing, and the other shows the details/booking/deposit information because Facebook only allows a certain # of words per section on business pages and I expained this to her. Yes I said I was wrong for assuming she knew my pricing at the time of booking to eliminate further slander of my business being posted all over the Internet by her. However she did, in fact, know my pricing because it was clearly posted on my services at the top. The pricing she initially had read was at the bottom, past where it states bridal makeup pricing/deposit info. She has good friends that I have done makeup for, and they can attest my pricing was not increased. I do not increase mid-year or after booking clients. My pricing has been the same since February this year and all of my other messages/emails to all of my clients state this year's pricing. Id be happy to furnish emails and witnesses from past bridal clients. The reason why I stated that I inform all of my clients of my pricing at the initial contact is because they ask for pricing and info. They do not assume. If they have questions they ask and I provide info. [redacted]'s first contact to me stated that she has 5 bridesmaids and the price is $55 each and all I said was yes. The price is $55/each for 5 or more on-site. She clearly read my pricing listed on my page. Deposits are almost always non-refundable. It's used to purchase products for the event and to save their date/time for services. If she had not been slanderous regarding my business practices and handled it differently, I would have been willing to work with her more. She blocked me on Facebook so I was not able to. Once she told me the bridal party dropped down to 4 girls, I said that I would still come out for the agreed upon amount of $55 (for 5+ girls). She then cancelled and demanded a refund of her deposit. There is nothing further I can say/do to explain this situation. I provided all of the screenshots of our text conversation and the messages on Facebook. I was told that [redacted] was upset because the girls were backing out on services. Whether it happened or not, I would not know if that is fact or something she just said.  ?? [redacted]
