Review: I made a purchase for my daughter of a Krystal Bling Pro Trolly Case - Interchangeable and Krystal Bling Makeup Case -Interchangeable. We placed the order February 16, 2016. The product shows that it's in stock on-line, however the products still show "Awaiting Fulfillment". We have tried to contact Makeup Creations MANY times. My daughter has called 800-694-0174 over a dozen times, no one has ever answered the phone. These calls have been made during business hours. She has left over 4 voice mail messages, sent 3 messages via the web messaging client on the MakeupCreations.com website and has replied to the initial order message. There has be no response from MakeupCreations. On the initial order message there is no estimated shipping and handling time frame. There is also NO WAY to cancel the order, without speaking to someone. However, if they never return calls, messages, etc, there is no way at all to cancel the order. All we want it the product and an estimated ship date. This is for an upcoming event, that if the product was shipped within 7 days and took 7 days in shipping, we would have had it plenty of time. At this point, we probably will not have it in time.Desired Settlement: We would like to get the products we ordered within the next 2 weeks. If that is not possible we would like to cancel the order. We would really rather have the items that we ordered.

Review: On 11/15/13 I ordered online from Makeupcreations.com a Makeup Studio Case with Lights-Black Leather Item #: MCS-6012 for $289.90; Order #: [redacted]. It was shipped to my daughter's house as it was a Christmas present. Once the box was received it was opened with no invoice, warranty or return instructions inside. My granddaughter opened the box on Christmas morning and the light up mirror is defective. It has 6 lights that go around the mirror. Only 3 lights work on the left side and the 3 lights on the right side don't work at all. We tried to put other light bulbs in but still doesn't work. I have been trying to call Makeupcreations.com at ###-###-#### since December 26th. They are on a different time zone so when I do call them it states "Hello, thank you for call Makeupcreations.com. Please hold the line and someone will be right with you. By the way this call my be recorded for quality purposes." Then it rings several times then a voice mail comes on stating "we're sorry we are unable to answer your call at this time, you call is important to us, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you. I left a message and no one returned my call. I have been calling everyday, all day long since December 26th. I want a replacement shipped out ASAP as my granddaughter is without her Christmas present which was also for her job.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement shipped out ASAP. I also want a pre-paid label sent to me via email so I can ship the defective item back. I already paid shipping cost of $36.32 with the original order.

In response to a customer concern that was submitted to you on 12/30/2013

On November 15, 2013, MakeupCreations shipped order #[redacted] Makeup Case to [redacted].

In order to support the Holiday shopping season, we as a company, extend our holiday returns/exchanges policy to Jan 20, 2014.

Our office received a message from [redacted] on Jan 2 , 2014. The call came in and a message was left during our office holiday closure between

Dec 25, 2013 & January 1, 2014 (New Years Day) This message requested a replacement makeup case because the item arrived damaged.

On Jan 2, 2014, MakeupCreations contacted Ms.[redacted], requesting photos/images of the damages to be emailed in order to identify the damage.

Ms.[redacted] emailed the requested images on Jan 2, 2014 and MakeupCreations was able to identify that the case was damaged.

Jan 2, 2014 , the same day, a FED EX return label was emailed to Ms.[redacted] to place on the box and give to FED EX.

On Wednesday Jan 8, 2013, (5 days later) MakeupCreations recieved an email from Ms.[redacted], stating that she gave the box to Fed Ex.

On Thursday, Jan 9. MakeupCreations Promptly Shipped the replacement Makeup Case for Ms.[redacted] with no additional charges and is dealing with

Fed Ex separately on a shipping damage claim.
