Very disappointed with the specifics of an on-line order of two items, one of which was on back order. When they shipped the first item I saw two charges on my card, one $1 and one for quite a bit more than the price of the first item. When the first item arrived I was surprised at the poor quality.
I waited three weeks for the second item to ship and then I was going to reconcile all of the charges and evaluate the quality of that item. Finally I contacted the company. They told me my second ordered item was cancelled and forwarded a cancellation email I never had received. As to the charges, they had charged me the tax on both items and the shipping on two items when the first one shipped but didn't correct it until I asked them, at which point they did issue a credit.
I'm wondering how many times they have done that to people who do not monitor their credit card as closely as I do.
I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them.
