Review: I hired MR [redacted] AND COMPANY ON 11/15/12 TO REMOVE DEBRIS FROM MY PROPERTY,I PAID IN FULL 2X THEN MR [redacted] RETURNED TO MY PROPERTY THE LAST OF MARCH TO DO SPRING CLEAN IN WHICH I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. I STATED TO MR [redacted] WHY YOU JUST COME TO MY PROPERTY WITHOUT CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER? MR [redacted] STATED THATS WHAT MY COMPANY DO! I BECAME UN COMFORTABLE WITH MR [redacted]. THE WORK WAS FAIR AND I HAS SURGERY FIRST APRIL AND I WAS UNABLE TO WALK, WHEN MY MOBILITY CAME BACK I WALKED AROUND MY PROPERTY IN THE BACKYARD BEHIND THE POOL WAS EXCESSIVE DEBRIS MR [redacted] HAD DUMP THERE,I INFORM MR [redacted] HE CLEANED THE AREA UP.I EMAILED MR [redacted] AND TEXT WHEN THE [redacted] WAS SEND FOR 150.00 PLUS 10.00 TAXES FOR CLEAN UP, I ASKED MR [redacted] FOR PROPOSAL OF PRICES AND HE BROUGHT ONE TO MY HOME, I INFORM MR [redacted] I AM NOT SIGNING NO CONTRACT UNTIL I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HIS LAWN SERVICE THIS WAS THE LAST MAY. I BROUGHT IT TO MR [redacted] ATTENTION OF MY OVER CHARGES OF SPRING CLEAN UP HE ARRIVED AT MY PROPERTY 10:15 AM AND LEFT AT 10:45 AM WITH ONE EXTRA EMPLOYEE, MR [redacted] STATED TO ME HE WOULD CORRECT THIS MATTER, TO THIS DAY MR [redacted] HAVE NOT CREDIT ME A REFUND. I INFORMED MR [redacted] I AM RETIREE AND MY PENSION PAYED ON 8 EVERY MONTH, HE STATED TO THE UNDERSIGN THAT IS OK.I RECEIVED MY [redacted] EVERY 1 ST OF MONTH IF NOT PAID BY 5, LATED CHARGED WAS ADDED, MR [redacted] DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT LATE CHARGES FEE! I HAVE NOT SIGN NO CONTRACT TO THESE TERMS.MR [redacted] REQUESTED A KEY TO MY BACKYARD AND I GAVE HIM A KEY BECAUSE I TRAVEL SINGING FOR CHURCH,I HAVE A POOL AND HOT TUB ON MY PROPERTY WHICH I SECURITY IS IMPORTANT!ON AUGUST 02 2013 [MON}8;10 AM I ARRIVED HOME AND MY BACK GATE WAS WIDE OPEN PLUS THE LOCK WAS ON THE GROUND! I CALLED MR [redacted] WITHIN SECONDS TO CONVERSE ABOUT THE MATTER NO RESPONSE FROM HIM, I TEXT 4XS NO RESPONSE,FROM 8/02 THRU 8/12 MR [redacted] IGNORE MY TEXTS AND CALLS,Desired Settlement: MR [redacted] ARRIVED AT MY PROPERTY ON 8/15 2013 TO DO LANDSCAPE SERVICE HE STAY IN HIS TRUCK WITH NO COMMUNICATION CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM,MR [redacted] SHOW NO REMORSE. I INFORM MR [redacted] I WILL BE TERMINATING HIS SERVICES BECAUSE OF THE breach of security and the safety of me and my home, mr [redacted] return my key to the undersign.I have security cameras on my property and MR [redacted] WAS THE PERSON WHO UNLOCK THE BACK GATE AND THREW THE LOCK ON GROUND. I FEEL UNSAFE WITH. I WANT CREDIT FOR OVERCHARGING.
