Making Windows Smile

First Jeff came to our house and lead us to believe that the nursing home our Mom is in sent his company Smiles He showed us pictures and said if we let them do a cleaning it would make a big difference He said they would send before and after pictures, he would let us know when they were going and when they finished and that the facility would have it on recordWe asked if her insurance covered this and he said no she did not have insurance for dental So we agreed We got a bill about a month later so I called and explained we did not get anything from them like he said We also went to the nursing home and asked them and if the cleaning had been done They looked through their records and they had nothing to show that she had been seen by Smiles And we found out that she does have dental insurance but with another company So while I was there I called Jeff He was very rude and I told him they had no record of Smiles doing the work and he said I was just trying to get out of paying themThe manager said they do not do business with Smiles and she did not know how they got my Mom's information I also told him that my Mom did have insurance but not with them and he said that was my problem I should have checked So I told him he lied to us and he just takes advantage of the elderly and their family I let him talk to the manager at the facilate and she told him that she understood why I was concerned because there was no record in their books on her being seen She told him that every time a resident gets work done it is documented in their file but there was no paper work So I feel like I got scammed I do not see a difference in her teeth and why would I pay $when she had insurance to cover a cleaning? Please don't let this happen to your loved onesI have since talked to a manager at Smiles and she was very nice and apologized but I still owe $
