As stated on our website, bulk products generally have a lead time of 1-weeks as we don't have them in stock in our own warehouse, but need to order them from our suppliers or manufacturersAs it common in the chemical industry, raw materials may have longer lead times at times due to a variety
of reasonsUnfortunately, it is beyond our control to shorten lead times in any way.In this case, we have informed the customer immediately that the product Sodium Polyacrylate has a longer lead time than usualAs most companies would leave it there, we went the extra mile and were immediately looking for a different supplier that could deliver the product fasterUnfortunately, the second supplier offered the product at a higher priceWe even asked a third supplier, but haven't gotten a response yet.Meanwhile, we already have fully refunded the order but are still looking for other suppliers that can deliver Sodium Polyacrylate in a shorter period of timeAgain, it is common in any industry that raw materials can have longer lead times than expected and we are still trying to get that product in a shorter period of timeDr Thomas B***COO MakingCosmetics Inc

I am rejecting this response because:If you see the attached photos it says nowhere anywhere in the product description that this "bulk" item has a variable lead time or priceIf you look at the 1st photo you can see the price they had listed for the quantity I purchased by credit cardIf you look at the 3rd photo you can see that they have now changed the priceTypically in our industry a pail is not even considered a bulk item, a drum isRegardless if you cannot update your pricing accordingly and have customers paying by credit card then you either need to remove the item from your website or take the time to update your listings prior to the items being purchasedIf you choose not to update your pricing you should honor the sale you already made at your listed price and update it for orders moving forwardAny solution other than honoring the listed price at the time of purchase is just bad business and in fact is not the industry standard as this company suggests that it isWe are in the same industry and have to honor the price unless notice is given of an increase for their next orderOnce you have charged my credit card and sent a confirmation you cannot come back and change the pricing because you don't update your website accordingly when prices fluctuateHad your pricing been listed correctly we wouldn't have submitted this to the Revdex.com, unfortunately it is advertisement and bad business on your end to sell a customer a product and then hours later decide to change the price because you do not update your website when pricing changesIn your previous response you noted that you immediately contacted us and let us know the price had changed which is incorrectYou confirmed my order, charged my credit card and then almost hours later (3/9:07AM confirmation received, 3/7:03PM email with higher pricing received) you told me you were charging my card more than I paid for it for the same lead timeThis is simply advertisement and bad business and we will not be purchasing from this company again and feel that other businesses should be aware of their unfair business practices

The customer has contacted us by email May 25 and filled out the “Order Question” template, that she was not happy with the T-Resveratrol Fluid. Since this was not an order question per se, it was not immediately forwarded to the "Tech Department", which deals with the technical aspect of using...

our products.
We would like to respond now as follows: We are sorry to hear that the customer has trouble with this ingredient. People react differently to ingredients and some may have sensitivities. MakingCosmetics does’t give any guarantees in terms of skin reactions when using ingredients, formulations or information, as we mention in our website.
However we will make an exception and refund the customer $127 in the next few days.
