Review: I paid [redacted] for a shark diving expedition in 05/2015, it was cancelled last minute. I rescheduled the expedition for 06/2015, then later to 07/2015 in which it was cancelled again at last minute. I requested a refund which was first ignored. I contacted [redacted] a second time and I was told he could not refund me via my original payment method and he could meet up (which he was conveniently unavailable when I was available) or send me a check. It's been two months and I have not received a refund and he will not respond to my emails. [redacted] is a fraud and I do NOT suggest doing business with him or his shark diving/ocean experiences.Desired Settlement: Provide a full refund and enroll in a business ethics seminar

Review: The services were paid for but not rendered. [redacted] offered credit towards a future charter, which are sparsely scheduled and not realistic in our situation. He rationalized the no refund policy by claiming he was only abiding by industry standards, but all other similar companies offer full refunds in the case of weather cancellations.Desired Settlement: I would like the $560 back that I spent on an expedition for two people that never happened.
