I received your letter dated Feb 7th in reference to our customer Theresa Davis, ID of *** *** *** *** purchased a *** Mink Stroller from Gartenhaus on Nov23" 2016(see attached invoice)The purchase invoice marked very clearly that "ALL SALES FINAL!!”.*** *** *** brought
back the garment on Decto Gartenhaus and told our sales associate that she doesn't like the style of the collar on the garmentTo make her happy, Gartenhaus ordered a new garment made at the same quality, Color, size and style except changing the collarLater on, MsDavis also asked to see some other garments and Gartenhaus also accommodated her requests.*** *** last time visiting Gartenhaus was on Feb 1, We informed her that Gartenhaus is willing to work with her to find a comparable garment for exchangeAnd the original garment she bought is still in our storage under her nameShe can pick it up any time if she chooses to hope this will clear up the issue.Please let me know if I can be any more help!Sincerely,Robert L*General ManagerGartenhaus Furs ***

I am rejecting this response because: The store is not being truthfulOn my original complaint I explained they told me they would not honor the couponAt one point they said it had expired but then acknowledged there was no expiration dateNow they are telling you they gave me the discount
I will be satisfied to have your office note the bait and switch practices at Gartenhaus at this pointThey are not doing well financially and I suppose this is a result of that

I am rejecting this response because: Gartenhaus Furs is not telling the truth. I did not want the coat that I originally applied for credit for. I returned that coat. Gartenhaus Furs failed to mention that I used one of my own furs as a trade in for the coat that they are trying to make me purchase. They will not return that coat to me. I already told Gartenhaus that I did not want their coat. t. They did work to their new coat that I did not ask them to doThey restyled their coats collarI did not ask them to do thatI repeat - I returned their $7,coat - I do not want it. I want them to return my original coat that I used as a trade in

[redacted].First of all, we didn't receive your first letter on Dec. 4th 2016. We take our customer concerns very seriously and always try our best to respond to any issues as soon as possible![redacted] brought her Fox fur garment to our service on May 14, 2016. We had applied our spring 2016 service discount to the fee we assessed. Please see the attached Contract/Invoice which reflected the applied discount amount. That is why her request was not granted when [redacted] came to withdraw her garment in Nov. 2016.
