Review: We had this company do some house repairs to our hallway wall and power room aND the hallway wall work was not completed, and the repairs are cracking. In the power room the sink was leaking after the repairs were done. This is about repairs that were done at my father's house at [redacted]Desired Settlement: To have someone come back out to compete what was started.

This incident seems to be a misunderstanding between the father, son and our business. We did work for the father and left with the understandingthat he would call us when he had the remaining $100 that he owed us and was ready for us to paint. We did not hear from the father, that we did the work for, but we did get one message from his son leaving only his name and number to return the call. We were not made aware that there was a problem until receiving this complaint. We returned the son's call but he did not respond. We left a message but he did not call back. We were never hired to repair the bathroom leaks and knew nothingabout it. We did no work there and were not responsible for the leaks. We have since returned to the father's house, forgave the $100 that he owed us and made all the repairs that he needed done. We are now considered paid in full and the father signed off on all repairs. I have attached a copy of the work performed with the father's signature for your reference
