We acknowledge that Mr*** was not provided all of the services promised by *** ***, owner of Malachi International Group, LLC (MIG), the company providing the services marketed by Arizona Property Advisors LLC (APA) However, APA has done everything possible to assist Mr*** in
meeting his goals in spite of having no contractual obligation to do so.Mr*** contracted with MIG for the purpose of assisting in the establishment of business credit In fact, Mr*** provided Mr*** (not APA) a power of attorney for this purpose Mr*** (not APA), provided the Operating Agreement for the business (*** *** ***) and is indeed listed as the statutory agent for Mr*** company *** *** *** APA’s only function was to provide leads for MIG and its program APA was called numerous times by Mr*** and asked why the process was taking longer than promised by Mr*** On each of those occasions, APA immediately called Mr*** and forwarded the concerns expressed by Mr*** Being that the only function APA performed for MIG was in marketing of its products, there was little more that APA could do In fact APA had also engaged with MIG to have MIG perform the same services as those promised to Mr*** APA has received even less assistance than Mr*** (nothing was done for APA).Prior to Mr*** complaint to the Revdex.com, he acknowledged that he had received a letter from Mr*** & MIG similar to the attached (we do not have a copy of the letter sent to Mr***) This letter provided an explanation as to why it was taking longer than expected to perform the services (Mr***’s mother’s illness, computer interface and lender network issues) In this letter Mr*** offered Mr*** two options The first, a complete refund and secondly, should Mr*** choose to continue with the program, a promise to reduce the cost of the program Mr*** apparently choose to ignore the letter and in fact continued to contact APA for assistance APA in fact did provide Mr*** with information to build out his credit to the extent of APA’s knowledge of Mr***’s business It has become apparent that Mr*** has chosen to not to continue to provide the services promised In fact APA is no longer able to reach Mr*** and is in the process of initiating litigation against Mr*** for his failure to perform.APA acknowledges Mr*** concerns but has done everything in its power to assist in rectifying the situation.Mr*** has asked for a refund of his money of APA For the following reasons APA does not believe that APA should refund Mr*** fees but that Mr*** and MIG should refund the fees.• Mr*** contracted with MIG, not APA• Mr*** provided Mr*** power of Attorney• APA was only a marketing agent for MIG.• Mr*** already offered a refund to Mr*** which Mr*** did not respond to.• APA did all in its power to assist Mr*** in this process and is willing to continue to assist Mr*** to the extent that it can.The following is the contact information for Mr*** *** MALACHI INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LLC
