Dear Revdex.com and Consumer, On behalf of Malave’s 2nd to None, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused youThis is not something we deal with much and as a company, we try to guarantee this does not happenIn most cases we can lock a customers’ car inside of our building at nightDue to the transmission issue, this car was not able to be put into reverse and had to be left outside while at nightWhen doing a costly repair, we ask for a half deposit of total bill before parts and/or work is startedMr [redacted] was acknowledged of this procedure and told his full bill would be $2,His vehicle sat for this long because he was too busy to make the agreed upon deposit of $800.00, if he came in when he was promising to do so this situation could have been avoidedWe are a fairly small company and at times we can become bombarded with other requests and services to performI gave Mr [redacted] the police report/case number to follow up with the authorities once they came out and took evidenceFiguring this would suffice for picturesI did acknowledge to Mr [redacted] that theft is not something as a company we are reliable for when I contacted him on November 21, Please note attached to this message is a signed document done by the customer where he acknowledged Malave’s 2nd to None is not responsible for fire, theft, loss or damage of vehicleAgain, we apologize that this happened to his carAround the holidays many auto shops have similar situations happen, and like stated above we try our best to lock cars inside at night

night. Due to the transmission issue, this car was not able to be put into reverse and had to be left outside while at night. When doing a costly repair, we ask for a half deposit of total bill before parts and/or work is started. Mr. [redacted] was acknowledged of this procedure and told his full bill would be $2,100.00. His vehicle sat for this long because he was too busy to make the agreed upon deposit of $800.00, if he came in when he was promising to do so this situation could have been avoided. We are a fairly small company and at times we can become bombarded with other requests and services to perform.
