Malbrit Mechanical Inc

I spent two years with very little heat in my building and patiently waited for Malbrit to fix the issue. One radiator was replaced last spring which did not fix the problem, although it was installed after several weeks of waiting and was not used much after installation due to spring warm up. This year I contacted Malbrit when we had no heat at all. They came, did something and the heat went out that evening. The next day they came, did something and said they needed to order parts. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them and said it was cold and I needed someone to contact me. The holidays came and went and no word so on January 2, 2014, after a tenant threatened to leave, I called and asked Malbrit to return he parts they had take to find replacements and told them I would no longer be using them as a contractor. They did return the parts and said they had spent all those weeks trying to find replacement parts, to no avail. I contacted another company and they were able to get parts in a week. They have also found several other factors in my lack of heat, none of which Malbrit had identified. I have been cold, my tenants have been cold and Malbrit did nothing to fix the problems or even to identify what they were.
