HiDearAs we received a call from [redacted] for Safety on their vechile so I sent my driver to pick up vechile from the job site to bring to my shop for annual safety and when my machanic see the vechile and he told me he is not able to do a safety on this kind of muddy vechile my machanic need to clean...
the vechile before he go underneath the vechile so I call [redacted] and I talk to lady and I explain her we cant do the safety due to too much mud so she told me go ahead and wash the vechile and done safety on it and she also requested for quick service actually the ([redacted]) need that vechile so my worker spend one hour to wash the truck anyway if I send this truck for wash on truck wash they going to charge atleast 250 that kind of muddy truck.Actually the reason for pick and delivery we charge for that actually my worker spend 1 hour to pick up and delivery so we have to chargeotherwise thats [redacted] responsiblity to bring vechile for repair or safety no one pick up from job site. And there is 2.5 hr for safety and more than two hours for wash but we charge only one hour and one hour for travel . and next thing when they cal that time we are on lunch break and I tell her someone will be coming shortly after lunch break . and I sent my guys there and we drop of there vechile and the invoice she is talking about is the old invoice . Next thing when my office staff send them invoices then they (office staff) get email from her she is saying invoices are not correct and then I (Gurdeep) cal her and explain her. I am rejecting this response because: It is all incorrect. That is not what happened, not even remotely close. There was a check for 250 for the 6 month old invoice that they never sent to us, as well as 250 for the latest invoice as was approved at the time of extreme late delivery of our service truck. My boss signed off on an invoice that she was shown in the amount of 250 dollars, only to be sent a different one for over 500 dollars. The total that they wanted between the two invoices was over 750 and we refused as that was not agreed upon. Also as previously stated, they were to scheduled to come to site to do inspection and when arrived said they could not. Malcanix did not communicate the true issues at the time. I phoned them continuously for our truck back and it was a different excuse each time. The bottom line is they told us 250 and then charged over 500. We would have power washed on site as the machine was beside the truck at time of pickup, their reasoning is not acceptable.
