Malchus Sukkah

Review: I purchased a sukkah from the company on September [redacted], 2013. The product was delivered the same day after paying $550+ dollars for the product including shipping. This purchase occured over the phone with my VISA card. After delivery on September **, 2013, I realized that the size of the product was too small. I called the company and asked for a larger size which simply required sending additional supplies (no return of goods already delivered was required). On the phone, I agreed to pay an additional $250+ for the goods and the shipping of the additional supplies. They took my credit card for the transaction and guaranteed to me that the supplies would be delievered the next day.

Then on September [redacted], 2013, the company called saying that there was a problem with their delivery man and that they would need to ship the supplies via FedEx from New York. They said that due to this change they will need an additional charge from me to pay for the FedEx bill. Basically, they changed the price of shipping after we already agreed on a price. I feel this is a unauthorized change to a verbal contract which was already paid for. This is not fair to me as the consumer since I would have made a different decision about the product I was buying if I knew the real cost.Desired Settlement: I would like them to deliver the supplies without any additional charges owed (as per agreed on September [redacted], 2013). I am open to allowing for a longer delivery period (instead of 1 day, it will be 4 days) but I don't believe an additional charge post-agreement on the terms of the sale should be allowed.
