By far the worst experience with a contractor myself or anyone could ever endure!His work quality is horrible at best! Took over months to finish a home renovation project that should of and was promised to be completed in monthsHe overcharged for everythingHe leaves a mess at very spot he works onHis comment to me, "he isn't a cleaning service"A good contractor would do the job right and clean up after himself, not Malcolm C***! I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy! DO NOT USE HIM!! I have pictures of his work, it isn't good at all!

Customer wrote me a bad check for one paymentCustomer also did not have the money to pay me on another payment and I had to wait additional weeks to get paidProject is not finished as customer continued to add/change the scope of workThe shower floor was not grouted nor completely caulked
yet and customer filled shower with water without me relasing it for useI had my sheetrock contractor go by and look at the ceiling and he determined to replace 4ft by 8ft sections and I gave him the go ahead to do itThe sheetrock companies contacted by the customer were called on the phone and did not see the actual job site or ceiling in questionI have told the customer I would fix the shower pan and finish the punch list and items outstanding to complete the projectCustomer wrote a check to the electrician for services rendered and mistakenly wrote it to the wrong party but will now not issue another corrected check to the electricianCustomer also told me more than a dozen times they were on a tight budget, to reuse old materials when possibleShe was adamant about cutting things to stay within budget., she purchased multiple used items for me to use for the project

Review: Instead of subbing work out that the contractor had no business doing, he attempted himself and now it is coming to light that corners were cut, work is faulty, workmanship is awful. The shower pan he installed leaks and flooded my ceiling, then he did not want to remove the wet sheetrock even after I had 4 different sheetrock professionals say it needed to be removed.Desired Settlement: I have to go back and demo everything he did and start over, the only remedy is a refund.
