Hello Customer made a custom order for 78 Premium wood bars tools and 30 premium wood chairs on 04/12 Yes, his order was delayed due to unexpected failure in the production line Customer had issues believing we are a real company for some reason , and even after he talked personally to the... Manufacturing Manager and he was sent pictures of his furniture done and ready to be packed and shipped out the next day – he still did not believe us and he wanted to cancel his order We did so without implementing our policy in these cases and refunded him in full ! We are in business for many years and we have a lot of returning customers and a very good rate with you to prove it. It is the customer’s prerogative not to work with us or buy from us. Thank you

Hello We are in contact with our production department and quality control in regards to this issue As we understand from your contact , the customer have fixed the issue herself and at this point we would like to offer her 10% refund on all of the bar stools she got from us Please let us know
and we will issue the refund immediately Thank you

Hello We did a dock search for the customer’s missing booth and it was lost She will get a new booth shipped to her in days Thank you

Hello To be honest we are a bit surprised that you were contacted by the customer We do believe the customer is wasting the Revdex.com time and frankly ours as well We are attaching our recent email to the customer from days ago explaining all that has happen and was done This issue is closed as you
will understand from our email and chain of events Nevertheless the customer just did a second dispute , which the credit card company will close in our favor in matter of days , as they already dealt and settled it onceLet us be clear that the email is a bit harsh as it is the only way we can try and get through to the customer which keeps calling us on something which is settled and doneThank you

I am rejecting this response because:Dear  Sir on July 15th I made an error in response to your e-mail  about this complaint  please disregard that response , this is my correct response ......... Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not  satisfactory to me,  they say my credit card company dispute is in their favor not true ,  . the purchase amount and restocking fees were disputed in my favor,,,  the shipping charge of $290.32 was not disputed in the company's favor ,   my credit company told me that it does not and can not  dispute shipping charges    so the resturant furniture  company response is false..... So please disregard my first  acceptance  of the companies  resolution it was an error on my part.......................Thank You [redacted] Sincerely,
