Customer purchased a working charger a month + ago and admits it was working at time of purchase and for rest of days, customer comes after a month with broken cable which was due to pulling or some force and mentioned it was like this before but also admits that cable has been working for past

I told him the reason why it usually happens and he was not ready to listen. we have a return policy of 14 days which was passed already also it was a defective due to physical damage so were unable to exchange it.
