My husband and I recently purchased a sofa sleeper and loveseat from JB's The love seat has been great but unfortunately we had several issues (mechanism and upholstery) with the sofa sleeper [redacted] (the store owner) and [redacted] (the customer service pecialist) worked diligently with us to address our concerns, and were our "voice" with the manufacturer of the sleeper sofa regarding our dissatisfaction Their follow through was excellent, and in the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome Thank you JB's!
