The customer is correct stating we did promise them a replacement left tail lamp assemblyThe customer came back to our business and had us do some other repairs to the vehicle and they left without paying there bill of $Then we received an email stating they purchased a tail lamp on there
own and wanted to be reimbursed for the lampWe are not willing to pay the difference due to the fact the lamp they purchased is way out of line in price and it is an aftermarket lamp not a factory lampI have found numerous lamps including shipping that cost $The customer still owes the shop $for the repairs performedI am willing to not turn the $owed over to collections and we just call it evenThe consumer has slandered and attacked our business on social media and we are starting legal actions over itI have attached all emails and proof of tail lamp price for recordI also am attaching the as/ no warranty the consumer signed on date of purchase of the vehicleAlso according to minnesota statue 325Fany vehicle with 75,miles or more, over eight years of age, and salvage title vehicles are bought as is with no warrantyI feel with the documentation provided that this complaint be closedThanks

I will agree to replace the left tail lamp with a Like kind quality lamp if the customer removes the slanderous review on facebook, is satisfied with this complaint on Revdex.com, and no further reviews or complaints be made of any sort to any agency or social media of any sortIf this is agreed upon I will have the lamp in my possesion and replaced within business days of acceptanceIf that is acceptable then the as/is no warranty that the customer signed will be in full effect from date of purchaseI will disregard the money owed to us and issues on both ends will be satisfied

I? would like to include that Malecha’s wrongly overcharged me and has agreed to issue a refund checkThese conditions stand as long as I? receive the tail light and receive the check. Malecha’s is also responsible for replacing the tint on my CTS-V as it is illegal for a dealer to sell a car with illegally dark tint, in this case 17%
