The person that contacted mws asked for estimate based on his knowledge of well. Estimate was provided based on his information. When arriving on site the information as provided was not accurated, and also the owner of property still occupied home. Ms homeowner was told the information as provided was wrong. Also, the individual that made contact was to be on site, which he was not. Ms homeowner stated she could not make any go ahead decisions. Person that originated call did not return phone calls or show up on site. With this the crew left site. Shortly after leaving mr individual called. Too late as crew was on road. This was clearly seal the well and ms homeowner had no authority to make any decision - senior.
This was a well thought out plan to seal the well where information was not correct - senior at home - and person making the commitment was not available.
To make complaints after the fact was no more than attempt to corrupt malenke water repuration.
Nothing was done until okay was received! End of story! Well room a real mess - concrete falling in well - outside water running into well!
