I was unfortunately recommended this auto body shop to repair my Nissan Rogue after having an 18-wheeler tire shred rip off the entire front left side of the vehicleAfter the shop had my vehicle in their possession for a week, and having heard nothing from both the auto body shop AND my insurance company ***, I had to call to see what was going onThey informed me that after a week, no [redacted] adjuster had shown up to perform an estimate on the vehicleSo I asked them what they were waiting for, knowing no one had come to the shopFinally I had to call the insurance myself and have an adjuster go to the shopAfter the initial repairs were done, the car was stained all over on the black moldings with wax from having detailed the carSomething I DID NOT approve of having done to my vehicle, and it was done without my knowledge and permissionNot to mention the front left side molding was sticking out and I could clearly tell it was the original molding involved in the initia
