Review: This website has the worst and most inadequate customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order with the company on May [redacted], 2013. On May **, 2013, I received notification that my item had shipped. After waiting patiently for approximately 11 days, I contacted the company to find out the status of my order. I received no response several times. Finally, after my fourth e-mail (I had also called the company- no one ever answers the phone; I also texted the company, to which I hardly received any responses), I was told there was an issue with the post office. I was understanding when I was told that a new item was being processed for me and would be mailed. I waited an additional 2 weeks for a tracking number (though I was promised a new tracking number in 3 days from when I was told my item was being processed). The new FedEx tracking number ALSO comes up (just as the USPS tracking number had) that there is no such number on file. After reaching out to the company an additional 5 times after having received this null tracking number, I still have yet to receive a response. I am out $100.00, and have not been helped or accommodated at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money and an apology for the worst customer service offered from a business.

The company had not actually sent the item until I filed this complain. Further, the item they sent me is the incorrect size, length, and was not as pictured. After reaching out to the company approximately the 8th time, I received a response that I will be issued a refund upon receipt of the item. The company did not agree to furnish the amount I spent in return shipping back into my return costs even though the error and overall lack of customer service was all an error on their part

The customer filing a report on Thursday and their item arriving on Friday is not connected and we did not send the item because the customer filed a report. The customer did not respond to our email where we issued the return address, nor did we receive a tracking number or notification that the item would be sent back. The customer has been refunded for the full amount of $93.25 and the item is not in our possession as we had no knowledge that the item would be sent back. Now the customer is stating that they received the wrong size & length, which is false. All standard sizes are listed on our website. If you need it customized to a certain length, we encourage our customers to leave a note of their height when order, or else you will receive the standard size (http[redacted]/). The customer did not leave a note, therefore they were sent the standard size. The customers desired settlement was a full refund and an apology. As we can understand, you are quite rightly upset, it's unfortunate that you experienced this and you have been refunded.

Review: I place an order through this company on 10/**/13. after 12 business days later of not receiving any shipment or even the tracking number which was on the [redacted] of Otober , I decided to send them a message. Two days later on the [redacted] of october they replied just to inform me that they had factory issue and they will send my order for me to receive on Saturday Nov. [redacted] . Next day I got a tracking number, so I waited for 2 or 3 days to check on status of the order it still shows the item has not made it to the post office yet. this is the message I got from the post of website when I put the tracking number . (The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October **, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later). So I wrote them again. two day later they replied to inform me that the will overnight my item and give me $100 store credit anfd that was sent on 11/*/13. I never receive another tracking number for the overnight shipment or the item.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to ship the item to me if not refund my money. in full.

Review: I placed an order with this company Mali Romeo on 11/**/13. I made a purchase of clothing totaling $163.20. On December [redacted] 2013, I received an email indicating my order had been shipped. There was no tracking number. After more than a month, I began emailing the company. Finally, after several attempts, I was contacted via email asking which items I had purchased and I was assured the items will be shipped "ASAP." I obliged immediately. There was no more contact after. I have not received my items. I have not received a refund and the communication has ceased. Also, the website, [redacted], is now "under contruction." I plan to take legal action as this is entirely unacceptable to still be waiting for items purchased over three months ago.

I have ordered from this company before. There was a glitch in the shipping then also. Order placed 6/**/13. Shipping confirmation received 6/**/13 with invalid tracking number. I had to email the company to inform them I had not received my items and that the FedEx tracking number was inaccurate. Needless to say, I will never shop with this company or any vendor that sells the clothing manufactured by this company. Completely unprofessional!Desired Settlement: I would like my funds of $163.20 refunded. If not, I will continue with the legal action I have already commenced.

Review: A purchase was made on 07/**/2013 for 3 items totaling $173.40. Confirmation for the order was received that same day and a charge was placed on my account soon after. It was understood that the products form this company are made-to-order and would take 7-10 business days to be fulfilled and prepared for shipment. However, it wasn't until 07/**/13 that I was notified of a tracking number that wasn't related to my package. I contacted Mali Romeo immediately and did not receive a response. Upon further requests for correspondence and/or refunds I was finally contacted and told my order would be shipped over night on 08/**/2013. I received 2 of the 3 items and was told that I would receive my last item after a few days as well as a store credit for my troubles. However the latter was never fulfilled. I attempted to email the company again on 09/**/2013 with a threat of reporting them to the Revdex.com but to no avail, they have not fulfilled their promise in compensating me or sending my final item.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund from the company in the form of money order or cashiers check to prevent any further delay in completing business with this company. I no longer wish to do business with this company and they should be aware that they shouldn't treat their customers in a neglectful manner.
