The offer is OK except for a couple issuesI will keep the tank until it is warm enough not to need heatThat could be the end of April or latterI pay may bills on time and the deduction for the propane put into the tank without me asking for it should be $
Will a check be sent now for the $48.15, $and the $13.01? The balance of propane in the tank when returned will be sent when the tank is returned minus the $60.18?

I want to make sure I understand your request. You want an additional $on the discount price of the propane that was delivered even though I added the $and the $???
I will add the $!! I suggested picking up the tank this spring so April is ok?

I received the attached complaint, Id: ***, from you this morning in the mail and I investigated his installation

I called our customer at 9:am and told him we did a very poor and unacceptable job assisting and installation his logs
I agreed to refund the $installation charged. I also told our customer I was refunding $of the price of his logs. They’re on sale at a lower price starting today
We are hand delivering a check to him for $today, Monday November 24,

The person doesn't understand some situationsIt was not my choice to have oil to be running out of there truck onto my driveway and into my garden and though out the environment of the mountainsIn addition, they didn't care to come right away to clean it upThen they delivered propane when I didn't ask for itThey are not giving me anything more for credit. If the propane they put in it without my asking for it should be subtracted at the same rate I would have paid for it
I would like the full credit they are giving me in a check before the tank is removed from my yard. They can get the tank month from the date they put it in my yardWith a check at that time
