Review: Auto body shop to fix car after a head on collision. Took auto body shop 3 times to put headlights in. First attempt they placed a extremely scratched part headlight on car . When asked to put a non scratched light on I was treated rudely. Second attempt placed new headlight on car . Car not driving correctly after accident. Took car to Dealer when dealer looked at work and said it was horrible and sloppy. Lights were filling with water and headlights were protruding from front of car. When I placed a call to speak to owner ([redacted] )informing him of dealer findings he immediately hung up on me. I called back to speak to owner or manager and found he was the same as he proceeded to yell at me again.Desired Settlement: The car was placed in the shop for the 3 rd time . They fixed the front headlights to car original standards however the FOG LIGHTS are stilled filled with water.
The desired outcome is for this shop to meet standards of other auto body shops with their work.
Not to yell or scream at their customers.
Not to place scratched faulty or defective parts on cars to save money.
