Malibu Pet Hotel, Inc.

We have used Malibu for over twenty years. We started with our Akita and have returned many times. We are very selective over the care of our pets. Caroline is always cheerful and helpful. Our dogs became so familiar with the facility that once they walked in, they went straight for the door to the "rooms". The staff has always been accommodating. Once while we were out of state we were called just to let us know that one of our dogs was limping. Nothing serious but were we aware. They know that one of our dogs now is the old man of the group and when we called to make a reservation THEY said we'll give him special treatment - because they REMEMBER his age. It's a relief to be able to go away and know that your pets are cared for. And how many places can you say still have the same staff for all those years.
