We made this reservation for 20 people over two months ago and paid $310 to reserve two tables for our engagement party/my fiancees 30th birthday party. After it took us a bit longer to get there than we had expected (arriving at 3:15), we were let off by our bus just above the main entrance to the ground. We walked safely down the side of the road on the dirt path and when we approached the entrance, the security at the door asked if we had been let off by the shuttle which we all said yes. We were then informed that we would not be allowed in until we went back to the shuttle lot, boarded the companies shuttle, and were dropped off by the shuttle near the exact location we were just safely dropped off at. Having NOT been made aware of this prior, we asked how long it would take our group of 20 to wait for the shuttle, go back to the shuttle lot, stand in line, and re-board the shuttle. A group that had just gotten off the companies shuttle told us they had been waiting for almost an hour at the shuttle lot as the shuttles were so infrequent that the line had grown to be that long. After trying to make the security guard aware that we were not informed we wouldn't be let in, we waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to come which it did not, before being let in by the security. Again, prior to being asked by the security guard how we were dropped off, we were NEVER informed that we wouldn't be let in if we didn't take the shuttle, nor is it noted anywhere in ANY email I have received, particularly the confirmation email they sent which notes several other restrictions to entering, all of which we followed.

Billing Adjustment I would like to be refunded as not only did we wait for an additional hour trying to talk to the security guard about why were werent being let in/waiting for their shuttle to pick us up, and take us back to the line, but once we sat down the host asked us to be wrapped up 15 minutes prior to the end of our reservation as they had to "set up" for the next reservation.
We have recently gone through changes enforced via the county regarding parking, valet and customer drop off. at the time the customer secured the reservation, this had not been implemented and therefore had not been in any of the customers email confirmations. this has since been changed to ensure that our customers are fully aware. due to the above information we have issued a full refund to the customer for the cost of the reservation.
