I do not own multi rental properties... this is my home.. I am cautious to whom I lease to. I have a month to month rental agreement and have explained several times what their obligations are... I have asked two months in advance for them to comply. In August I finally gave them 10 days..
The only other renter I had with my home, were very nice folks for 5 yrs and saved money to buy a home.. I only have one neighbor and they confirmed they haven't spoken to these people....
