Dear ***, Please see the attached letter which Mall of America sent to Mr*** today. Our Executive Vice President of Operations, Rich ***, reached out to Mr*** and was able to connect with him today. Rich extended our sincere apology and had a nice conversation
with Mr***’s about his visit. It is unfortunately that the *** family had a poor experience at Mall of America. We are in the business of making people happy and adding some fun to their lives. It is disappointing to us when we hear a story like the ***’s. We have extended an offer to host them in the future with a complementary hotel stay and attraction passesWe hope that the ***’s take us up on the offer so that we can create some positive memories for them at Mall of America. We are also investigating our internal processes to determine how this situation occurred so we can prevent it from happening in the futureThank you for bringing this matter to our attention Best, Kathy
