I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee days ago from Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep After buying cars for over years, I must say this has been my worst car buying experience ever! The sales person, Jim and a manager, Jeff, both lied and said that everything was approved and for me to come pick up the vehicle I arrived to have them tell me that they could not get the deal approved and asking me to take a different vehicle I refused and walked out the door, then all of a sudden, they could work the deal out They lied about the rate and lowered it when I refused to buy at that rate I got a lot of apologies regarding mistakes that had been made, but I now realize that is was very deceptive business practices!!! They are all about themselves and not about the customer! The following day, less than hours later, a loud beeping noise was coming from the inside of my vehicle It lasted for minutes, all the way to my drive to the dealership They told me that they would try to "squeeze me in" It's funny, they weren't trying to "squeeze me in" when I was buying the vehicle I was a priority then They later offered me a shuttle to the mall, and I had to insist that they get me a rental car so that I would not be stuck somewhere without transportation, when I had just bought a new vehicle less than hours ago They decided to keep the car overnight to test drive and look for the problem They called me the next morning to say I could pick up the vehicle They could not find a problem I got there and questioned them about a recall that my brother had just mentioned to me, and then they suddenly realized there was a recall on my new vehicle, so they had to do the work to correct the problem I called to complain to a manager for the poor service and he said that he would call right back, but that call never came When I arrived back to pick up my car, they had not had the decency to even put gas back in the vehicle, the cashier gave me the wrong keys for a different vehicle, and my sales person Jim did not even speak to me, even though days ago he was begging me to buy a vehicle The overall experience TERRIBLE!!! I would never buy a vehicle there again or refer anyone there; very bad costumer service and they only want to make the sell and then you don't count the next day! I have a brand new vehicle that I have not been able to drive because it's been in the service department! I'm Not pleased with this dealership or experience at all!!!!!!!
