Review: Parked my car at this garage on 4/**/2014 around 5:20pm gave attendant the key and was handed the ticket. Picked up the car around 9:00pm the same evening and parking attendant informed me that my car keys was broken. Asked what happened only to be told that I gave in a broken key (not true) Requested to speak with a [redacted] but to no avail the parking attendant became irate so went across the street to get a police officer to step in. Once the officer came in the attendant calmed down but refuse to give his name or any information. He then requested the [redacted]'s information which the attendant reluctantly handed over. Called the "[redacted]" the next morning who was not corroborating and now I am possibly out $250 for the key and reprogramming of my alarm system.Desired Settlement: $250 for broken keys & reprogramming of alarm system attached to the keys.
