we had contacted all guests to notify them of delay in construction but we clearly forgot one, which we feel terrible aboutSince this complaint *** has been fully refunded and has been credited with a $credit to use towards her next stay once the resort is up and runningWe very much look forward to completing all the renovations so that we can open the new and improved Resort and have nothing but the best customer service while providing a wonderful place to escape for a mountain getaway
