Service performed below standards, Lack of follow up and poor customer service On January 3, I contacted the Mallard Company for an estimate on roof cleaning for the roof of my homeThe service was scheduled and performed January 13th On January 16th after I inspected the service, I noticed the roof appeared to look the same as previously cleaned, no changes on the cleanliness of the roof I contacted the Mallard company and they agreed to send someone out to inspect the roof After almost one week, I contacted the company again since I had not heard from anyone and they scheduled a technician to come out to inspect the roof I met with the technician and he agreed that there were areas of concerns and additional work would likely be needed to be scheduledI contacted the Mallard company again on January 26th to follow up and requested to have some call me on Monday, January 30th for follow up, as I was advised that their contact person was out on Friday Today is Febru

Mallard did not honor their guarantee to replace damaged plants, they were not timely or respectful in their customer communication and they did not have qualified persons do the replanting work Our roof was cleaned on Jan 25th Damage to plants was reported on Feb 13th I was willing to wait through spring to see if plants recovered At the beginning of June I requested that the plants that did not recover, be replaced I was to purchase the topiaries and Mallard was to reimburse me After many un-returned phone calls, and dealing with the customer service persons' condescending tone, replacement of the plants was accomplished on August 7th The following day I noted a leak in the irrigation system - water was gushing whenever the sprinkler system was turned on The customer service representative doubted that the leak was due to their workman The planting was done by the same guys that cleaned the roof Due to the leak, the topsoil that was covering the rootballs of the new plants was washed away Mallard refused to replace the topsoil and has yet to reimburse me for the plants I purchased I only rated them as a "1" because a "0" is not an option
