We were notified of complaint by postal mailOur response is below. Customer claimed that Malleries was unresponsive:We provide a contact us form on Malleries so emails are routed to the proper departmentWe did not receive emails from *** * to let us know there was an issueIf
we did receive a complaint we would have responded to the customerWe are requesting that *** *** please forward the email(s) including full header so we can take a closer look to determine if there is an email issue on our end. Buyer Complaint that sold a knockoff:*** *** *** is a reputable seller and we've never had an issue with the seller selling knockoff luxury itemsWhen a buyer makes a claim that an item is fake it can be handled in one of two ways; seller may opt to either accept the return or submit images of the item to an online authenticator for authenticationThere is a fee for the authentication service and buyer opted to accept the returnWhen a seller opts to simply accept a return it is because the seller wants the customer to be happy and is not to be construed as an admittance of guiltWe included an email from the seller about the authenticity.*** *** claims they did not receive a refund:Enclosed is a print screen of the PayPal transaction that shows that she was refundedI've included an email from the seller asking for clarification of the entries in the PayPal printout. Vetting Sellers:When a seller applies for a shop on Malleries their shops are in a back room not viewable to the publicWhile the seller is preparing their shop for review we vet the seller by researching their name and company name onlineWe look for sellers knowledge, reputation on eBay, in forums, etcBeing that we are in the business we also tend to know of these sellersIf a seller is deemed to be reputable we allow their shop to be opened and viewable to the publicIf a seller does not meet our qualifications we reject their application and do not open their shopAs with any company who wants to continue doing business they work hard to provide their service which includes selling only authentic inventoryIf Malleries was about increasing the numbers of sellers we would be very large company but since our company's goal is to only allow reputable sellers who know their product and list only authentic items for sell we have rejected many applicantsBoth Malleries and our sellers want our customers to be happy with their purchase.Please see attached documents.Thank you,Elizabeth P***Web: ***Email: ***
