Review: ON Feb 16th 2013 my husand and myself went in to Malloy Auto Group looking to purchase a vehicle.This is are third time dealing with the dealership.Everything went fine.Until on after having the 2011 dodge canvan for less then a month or so.My check engine light came on amd the van dead,I took the van to the dodge dealship and they replace the battery under warranty.And told me that Malloy mechanic should have saw that the battery plate and the tried down that hold the battery in place so it doesnt move was broken up and the battery didnt have a good place to set.This wasnt cover under warranty.So we had the work done and pay out of pocket for it.The dodge dealship say I should go talk to Malloy Auto Group and show that the paper work and see if they would like to cover it.All or half.So I went to see the manger of the used cars sale and he say they wouldnt cover it.He say I should not gotten to work done,I told him I was very unhappy with there dealship and he say sorry have a good day,I just want anyone deal with them to beware if you buy and car from them and they dont do the work on the car.They didnt care what you think after they sell you the car.I want anyone deal with the dealership they dont care bout there custometr.

Review: My 2012[redacted] was totaled in March 2014. I had a hard time of getting my contract and gap insurance once I finally got a clear. Per the gap insurance company they inform me that I have $887 extended warrant needs to be canceled. In June I dropped the email from gap insurance about the 887 to accounting department. I never receive a phone or email about this issue! Since than I left a four calls no return calls.Desired Settlement: I want to know if they cancel the extend warranty or not! Based on my customer or lack of it this is my last [redacted] I wil ever buy!!!
