Malloy Chevrolet

Called the dealer on a 2021 Traverse, was told over the phone by a lady that set up the appt that I would get trade in book value for my 2020 Traverse, drove 3 hours to get there and when I did the salesman told me they were about to do a dealer trade with the vehicle I wanted to satisfy a customer that bought there often. So he offers me 4k less that trade in value! So needless to say I drove 3 hours only to get screwed over when I got there! Also didn't purchase the new car, they can take their business and shove it, ill make sure I post this review everywhere possible.

On July 30, 2019 I purchased a 2016 Cadillac CT 6 from Malloy Chevrolet for $39,000 and paid
cash., the dealer gave me a 30 day *** temp tag so I could take the
car home with me. The dealer was to send the vehicle title to me. It is now 81 days later and I have NOT received the title. I have contacted title clerk, Judy and on Sept 4 spoke to Chad the
general manager, who told me that he would see that I receive the title. Still no title. According
to Carfax, Malloy Chevrolet acquired this vehicle on April 16, 2019. Is it legal in Virginia for a
car dealer to sell a car for which it had no title???. My second 30 day VA temp tag expired on
October 5, 2019 and I have not been able to use the vehicle since.

I have filed a complaint with the VA Attorney Generals Office.
