[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I previously spoke with the General Manager, Scott L*** and he stated that he would provide $for the key. He further stated that it was more than enough. I contacted two *** dealerships about purchasing and programing a key. They informed me that the total price for the key and programing would be $369. Again, I'm not sure why the General Manager would not know approximately how much a replacement key is, but I am not going to come out of pocket to replace a key that was promised when I bought the car. I purchased the car around October 6, 2014, and I am still chasing Malloy for my extra key. I would be happy if they did the leg work in ascertaining the key. They are the ones that would be able to utilize their contacts and possibly get they key a lot cheaper than $369. Regards,*** ***

Review: The seller advertised a vehicle (2013 Hyundai [redacted] Turbo; Stock#: [redacted]; VIN: [redacted]) online (Their Website, and other websites i.e. [redacted].com) with an Internet Price of $17149. Their website included the following note "Prices do not include, taxes, tags, freight charges or processing fee. Includes all factory rebates." The add in Cars.com for the same vehicle had the following additional statement "Includes factory rebates only that you qualify for and you may qualify for additional rebates such as (Loyalty, Military & College). Please call for details." The Hyundai website further explains that these discounts are in addition to any factory rebates. Based on this information, my understading was that the I was elegible and entitled to the additional military discount of $500. I was stunt when the salesman (Orlando) stated that the price was over $20K. I expected to pay around $18500 ($17149-$500+title, taxes and processing fee). He explained to me that the $17149 included all possible rebates and discounts and that I was only elegible for the military discounts. Therefore, after taking away all the other discounts (College grad, loyalty, etc), my price was over $20K. I tried to explain, that his explanation was inconsistent with the information provided in the adds. Furthermore, I told him that using deceptive tactics and bad business practices like these was unethical. His reply was that everybody does it. It is a shame that individuals like this represent an organizatin like Hyundai. It is even more disturbing that they try to claim that they support the troops, when all they do is to use military discounts as bait, when they have no intentions to honor them.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because I strongly believe that this is a very desceptive tactic that is not in the best interest of the consumer especially military personnel. When a dealer publishes an "Internet Price", it should apply to any customer regardless of their background. Military, college graduates, loyalty discounts, etc should be additional incentives given to those particular individuals as a reward, recognition, or gratitude. Lumping all the discounts together in order to come down to an unrealistic "Internet Price" that they will never honor is unethical and should be prohibited by the Revdex.com. Furthermore, fines should be imposed to those car dealership who continue to take advantage of the customers.

I'm not interest on buying a vehilce from this car dealership.
