In reference to the complaint ID aboveMr*** has had his vehicle in our service department only a few timesMost recently on May 5, for the repairs indicated on his complaintThere is no indication that the motor was replaced and there was no money collected from Mr*** at
that time. The other visits to our service department were on November and September and these visits were for an electrical problem not related to a window motorIf Mr*** can provide me with a receipt showing where he paid for the window motor and for the installation of the window motor I will be happy to investigate the matter furtherThank You,

Review: I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on Saturday, March 2, 2013. The vehicle is a 2008 Scion XB. The window sticker listed "keyless entry" as one of the features. Upon further inspection of the vehicle it was determined that there was an aftermarket keyless entry/remote start product installed. The salesperson assured me that the keyfob simply needed a new battery since it was not functioning at the time. There was only one key supplied, no factory keyfobs, only the aftermarket Viper keyfob. Once the vehicle was purchased and driven home, I tried to replace the battery on the keyfob. It is malfunctioning. Upon further inspection, I noticed that there were several wires cut in the wire harness under the dash, leading to the Viper keyless entry system. So basically, the keyfob is broken, and someone tried to disable the system by cutting the wires.Desired Settlement: I would like for Malloy Mitsubishi to provide the "keyless entry" feature that was advertised on the window sticker of the vehicle I purchased. There are two options: either a Scion keyfob (programmed for our vehicle) or a replacement Viper keyfob.
