Malone's Landscaping

new adhesive and left.  Malone's Landscaping cannot warranty the adhesive for years.  It is an item that will continue to wear out.   The home owner does not have Artisan wells.  They have downspout pipes, pop up valves and rock per the contract.  Malone's Landscaping was never made aware of any dog line at the home and never contacted for repair.  This job is 18 month old in a neighborhood that is new construction with lots to be built.  This is also a maintenance free community with irrigation companies and lawn service companies doing work all the time.  To speculate that 18 months later the line is my responsibility is unreasonable.  Anyone could have done the repair or could have been done incorrectly at installation.  Having had a dog on an invisible fence system for 13 years I have seen repairs done by their company not last.  To state that Malone's Landscaping caused damage 18 months after installation when multiple people have access to the property is pure speculation.
