While [redacted] did indeed work on my case, and acquired a settlement, I found his customer service leaves much to be desiredHis secretaries are rude and unhelpful, they do not give consistent details regarding appointment times (I called for an appointment to speak with my paralegal, and one secretary told me a certain time, and the next day, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule), His paralegals (or at least the one I had, named [redacted] ) do NOT return phone callsI called a every day for a week to speak with my paralegal, because I had a question, and NEVER received a call backI Am not sure if I got this sub-par treatment because my settlement was so small, or because of my ethnicityIf my settlement was too small, and he didn't want to be bothered with my case, I wish he had told me that in the beginning during our first consultation
