July rent in the memo. On August 10, 2015 I decided that checkmust have been for August rent, deposited check and recorded August rent paid. Later inAugust, I received check #220 dated August 1 and August rent written on the for line. SinceAugust was already paid, I crossed out August and wrote in September so there would be nodoubt which month's rent I was recording. Then I began getting more than one check for eachmonth.I think October rent, not September rent is the month in question. I had already cashed a checkfor October before the check for the reduced amount came. I am sending a copy of a bill sheIncluded with her rent checks from Advanced Pest Control for German roaches with No activitynoticed and Did preventative treatment for targeted pests checked. I did not speak with her aboutthis issue. She has run a day care center in a single occupant building for at least two years.. Ido not feel roaches are my responsibility in this situation.I am sending copies of the checks I deposited along with copies of 6 uncased checks I returnedto her. She would not talk to me and would not sign a receipt that she received the checks.Fred Maloof
