I have contacted the customer regarding her GPS to let her know that our Tech Support did test no power to her GPSThe Service Director Keith has contacted Ernst Toyota in Albion, NE to let them know we are sending a new APEX GPS unit todayOnce they have received the unit, they will contact Ms
*** to make arrangements to inspect-repair her GPS unit in her Rav4.The original unit may have come loose so they will double check our installation firstIf the unit has to be replaced, they will go ahead and do so with the unit we sent themOur dealership will be paying for all services for Ms*** and she is aware of this and is happy we are doing this Also, the paperwork was overnighted on 3/to the Treasures Office and received it today it was missing the odometer disclosure on MSO and that is why it came back to us
