Consumer update:The work remains undone The contractor was supposed to send workers and materials out on Monday (9/28/2015), but sent a text message around PM Sunday night (9/27/2015) stating one of his guys had a death in the family and another one of his guys had shingles and they would not be stopping out to complete the work.I have sent text messages to the owner offering to reschedule one more time on 10/7/ If they fail to show up and complete the work on 10/7/2015, I will proceed with filing a complaint with the attorney general and I will file a court claim against them As discussed several weeks ago, I will inform you if I do proceed in that direction Hopefully it will not come to that.Thanks in advance, [redacted]
