April 4, 2016Dear *** ***:We received your letter dated March 2, 2016, regarding complaint ID ***.We do not agree with the statement made by the clientThe client was informed prior to the software purchase that the catalog component of the solution utilized the internetWe invested many hours working with this client to implement the solution and address their concerns.Even though we properly informed the client, we offered to pay for a redundant wireless internet connection to alleviate their concerns about internet reliabilityThey rejected this proposal but did not provide us with any reasons why it did not address their concernWe did not inform them that they would receive a refundThe client signed a contract and no refund was warranted under the terms of the agreement.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Sincerely,John N
