To whom it may concern. This situation has been resolved according to our banksWe received a chargeback request and the banks processed the chargeback for $I have provided documentation from the bankThe charge back was to the card we had on file ending in ***. We have been in business for a years and our refund policy has never changed since start of my businessIt is clearly stated on the contract of commitment that she signed on March 4th,

I am rejecting this response because: Thank youI was out of the country last week and missed that emailI briefly reviewed the response I found it rather unsettlingTaking into consideration, the receipt for one months payment ($125)on February 28 and a contract dated March Which I never received a copy of upon requestNor, did I receive A copy of my authorization for ACH payment, as requested. Also, if a business has a "read only" email account used for updates, aren't they required to disclose that? Giving the recipient notice: "do not reply to this email"I originally contacted her on August 29 and sent her a copy of my email from May requesting cancellationShe claims they effectively canceled my contract August However, September payment was withdrawn via ACH on September I screenshot that processed payment and forwarded it to her and her admin September Neither of them responded.I saved copies of all of this correspondence between her, her admin and myselfIf you read it you would be more confused than I am right nowThey literally have no administration skills or processes in place for internal errors. At one point, I even offered to split the difference with her for the months I was charged after my cancellation requestSuggesting to ***, "how about if I just split the difference with you and you refund me $187.50?" Obviously, that was prior to them withdrawing the September charge of $ She read the text but never replied. That's the other head scratcher… Both her and her admin have their iPhones set up to show that they have read their textsTherefore, I knew that they were getting them and reading them they were just simply not replying to meI screenshot every one, showing that they were read.I will review it again on my PC and reply accordingly.Regards, ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I received the credit after filing a dispute with my bank and providing proof of cancellationThis credit was forcibly charged back to vendorMama Bootcamp did not willingly refund the money they overcharged nor did they provide me with a legally binding CA health/fitness contract*per Revdex.com attachmentIn reviewing the timeline of documents, it is very clear by the date of the only receipt and “contract” they processed my first payment of $prior to my signed contract (I was never goven a copy)Their “contract” gives no contact/location information, no payment structure/authorization and no cancellation process information. I remain dumbfounded that Mama Bootcamp has managed to remain in business with their lack of contract law knowledge, administrative and customer service skills

To whom it my concern, Regarding [redacted]'s complaint. Last payment was received on Aug 30th, 2017. On Aug 31st, 2017 [redacted] contact Mama Bootcamp and requested her membership be canceled. Per her request her membership was canceled on Aug 31st. Our policy clearly states that Mama...

Bootcamp does not refund or return any payments. She signed the Mama Bootcamp Contract of Commitment clearly stating there are no refunds on March 4th, 2017. On Feb 28th, [redacted] requested a receipt for her bootcamp membership. Mama Bootcamp sent [redacted] an email using our email ([redacted]) and any further communication was using the current email address.  The [email protected] email address is a no reply email that only sends out our newsletter once a month. We have never had this issue before with a cancellation request email because it is not one we have ever used for correspondence. Furthermore we never received a request to cancel her membership until Aug 31st, 2017. Which we promptly canceled her membership and any future payments.  We have never had this issue before. We pride ourselves on great customer service. We did offer [redacted] a reasonable solution that is in line with our policy of no refunds that [redacted] signed and agreed to on March 4th, 2017. We are happy to stand behind the solution for [redacted] until the end of the year, Jan 1st, 2018. As per [redacted] request of a $1000.00 refund ... we are not sure how she arrived at this dollar amount. Our solution for [redacted] still stands and we hope to resolve this quickly. Mama Bootcamp prides itself on great customer service and making the world healthier and happier place. We hope to see [redacted] back in class soon. In Health & Happiness[redacted]Mama Bootcamp Founder[redacted]
