First off I would like to thank you for letting us know about your late delivery and...

food quality issues you experienced. This is not up to the Mama Fu's standard of quality and service. we are working on our delivery times daily however it is a constant struggle to deliver to all guest at the same time we are constantly brining on more drivers to handle the lunch time volume. you mentioned one of our drivers I believe you are referring to [redacted] as he was the one and only driver Downtown for a great while . [redacted] is still a valued employee of Mama Fu's. since [redacted] has been gone we have gone from 4-6 deliveries at lunch time to 18-27 delivery's at lunch. this is now a super challenging amount of deliveries to execute in a very short window. delivery times are just an rough estimate and we do are best to get orders to guest ASAP. Even an delivery order in the same building can take some time depending on the volume of business simply because we do not have some one to take the order at that time. as for the food quality issues, now that it has been sometime since your last visit I am confidant we have corrected most of these issues. Any time any our guest have an issue they are encouraged to contact the store General Manager  to resolve those issues I am willing to refund your money and offer you lunch on us. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience as I under stand everyone's lunch time is limited .
